How It Works

Your password is your confidential code for accessing your account information in the Online Branch and it should not be shared with anyone. It must be at least 8 characters long nad have three of the four following criteria:

- one number
- one capital letter
- one lowercase letter
- one symbol

Your password can have as many as 20 characters. You should make your password as random as possible by combining letters and numbers. One easy way to create a secure password is by beginning with the first letters of a song or phrase. For example, use the first letters of "I Love Paris in the Springtime" and then intersperse the numbers of your area code: ilp703its.
